Recipe of the month
Ingredients: 200g chicken fillet / 50g dried beef / gorgonzola 100g / 100ml cream / 100g young green peas / rice 60g / salt 2g / 10ml oil / garlic / 3g dry parsley
Preparation:
* Chicken fillet cut into stripes
*Prepare dried beef and gorgonzola cheese
*At the bottom of each stripe, put some dry beef and gorgonzola, and then carefully wrap content into small rolls and fry in a well-heated oil.
* When the meat is almost rose, top it with the sour cream and simmer everything together for 5 minutes.
* Parallel with chicken meat preparation, cook young green bees, and when they are cooked, put them in a blender with some sour cream, white onion, salt, white pepper and parsley.
*Warm up the plate
*Form rice cup and top it with green bees’ sauce
* Decorate by your wish
