My name is Saudin Bilic and I lead gastro team of Hotel Blanca Resort and Spa! I am at the helm of a young and promising team on whom I pass many years of culinary experience and various creations carefully combined even for the most demanding senses!
Gastronomic offer of Hotel Blanca is based on a mountain atmosphere of the hotel, and nutritional needs of the guests after a handful of sport activities.
